Whales and Dolphins Observation Half Day Tour

Have you always dreamed of seeing sperm whales? Of swimming with dolphins?
Make that dream a reality with this half-day whale and dolphin encounter!

You’ll embark at 7:30 am for an early morning departure towards the northwest/west coast of Mauritius.
The duration of the trip varies because the sperm whales move offshore and aren’t always in the same place.
We’ll stay a safe distance from the sperm whales before turning off the engines. You’ll observe these giants of the sea from the boat, as swimming with them is strictly prohibited (by law).

After this incredible first encounter, you’ll set sail again to search for a pod of dolphins.

We’ll first observe the dolphins from the boat before entering the water to swim alongside them.

A guide will join you in the water to film this unforgettable encounter underwater.

After this magical moment, you’ll head to the coast for a snorkeling session on the coral reef before returning to Grand Gaube along the coastline, with a return scheduled for around noon. (The return time may be delayed depending on the location of the sperm whale and dolphin groups.)

Drinks and pastries will be served during the excursion, and snorkeling equipment is provided.

Even though sperm whales and dolphins are constantly present along our coast, they are wild animals: their presence, number, behavior, and location cannot be predicted in advance.
However, don’t worry, our team will do everything possible to ensure you have an unforgettable experience!
